All text messages sent or received are Standard Charge messages and users are informed in all of our confirmation SMS text replies that Message & Data Rates May Apply with the following abbreviations, Msg&Data Rates May Apply.

Permission-based Marketing

By agreeing to interact with a specific business’ Survey, Questionnaire or Mobile Loyalty & Discounts subscription 'Call to Action', users simply text in their survey or customer satisfaction answers to 40518.Users may also be asked whether or not they wish to receive further promotional information messages from the business and have the opportunity to accept further messages or deny further messages.

Users who do not wish to receive further promotional information messages from the business will never receive further text messages.

Opting in to a Mobile Loyalty & Discounts program for a business is as simple as texting in a specific KEYWORD or NUMERIC Code to 40518.

“Opting Out”

If users wish to stop receiving further text messages from a specific business and Front Door Insights, they can text STOP or ARRET to 40518 at any time.

Users who wish to receive further information on the business’ specific survey and/or promotional information can text HELP or AIDE to 40518.
